Presentation Title: Hepatitis B & C Screening and Initial Management
Dr. Tong will review practice data to show how physicians could better identify Chinese patients for screening, comply with guidelines for screening, and follow-up on the results of screening tests.
Time: Saturday Afternoon
Purpose:
To improve on clinical competence and performance in screening and management of hepatits B and hepatitis C in Chinese patients
Objectives:
- Schedule regular hepatitis B screening recommendations
- Perform screening for hepatitis B in pregnant women
- Educate patient about hepatitis B and vaccination
- Implement screening for hepatitis C in compliance with new guidelines
